Job Description

The Claims Resolution Specialist will be responsible for managing assigned claims across multiple jurisdictions. This includes investigating claims, evaluating damages, establishing claim resolution strategies, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, vendors, underwriting, and credit control.

Responsibilities

  • Manage claims from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Investigate claims, evaluate damages, and establish claim resolution strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless claim processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline, preferably insurance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Problem-solving attitude and great work organization skills.
  • Able to adhere to established processes and procedures.
