Job Overview

  • We're seeking a seasoned backend engineer to spearhead the development of scalable, efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust backend services and APIs.
  • Write high-quality code adhering to best practices, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps specialists.
  • Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on cloud infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, guaranteeing system reliability and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to enhance system architecture.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers, reviewing code and sharing best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of industrial experience in SQL, encompassing query optimization and database design.
  • Minimum 3 years of industrial experience in Java, Python, Rust, or any object-oriented programming language.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in backend development.
  • Experience working with NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB) is a plus.
