Role Overview:
The Expert Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing detailed information about our travel packages, answering customer inquiries, and handling bookings. Day-to-day tasks include following up on leads, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone calls, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including calls made, follow-ups, and resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor analysis to provide informed guidance to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
- Experience with customer service and outbound calling.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is beneficial.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused and polite attitude.
