  • Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Junior Officer to join our team in the plasma fractionation area.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational and technical skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow production schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Handle plasma bags collection, sanitization washing, plasma cutting, pooling thawing, and other related activities.
  • Perform regular maintenance of equipment, including COP checks and calibration.
  • Collect materials from warehouse and QC as needed.
  • Participate in quality control processes by sending in-process samples for analysis.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of manufacturing activities.
  • Clean and maintain equipment surfaces, pressure differentials, temperature, and relative humidity levels.
  • Process waste collection and disposal in accordance with established procedures.
  • Assemble and disassemble centrifuge and filter press equipment as required.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures and reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biochemistry, microbiology).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and protocols.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
