We are seeking a skilled Patient Counsellor to provide empathetic and informative support to patients and their families.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing patient experience and satisfaction, counselling patients on treatment options, packages, and post-treatment care in a clear and compassionate manner.

Responsibilities include responding to patient inquiries (phone calls, emails, and online leads) and converting them into registrations/bookings.

Collaboration with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments is essential for seamless patient coordination, including follow-ups to ensure timely decision-making and admissions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Healthcare/Management preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or patient counselling (healthcare/hospital background preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a positive and empathetic attitude.
