In this pivotal role, you will take on a dynamic leadership position overseeing the planning and execution of comprehensive audits, reviews, and compilations. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, fostering open communication with engagement managers and partners, and collaborating on complex client issues.

Key responsibilities include managing multiple engagements concurrently to meet tight deadlines, creating and tracking budgets to identify areas for improvement, and providing constructive feedback to team members during evaluations. With strong analytical skills, you will effectively prioritize tasks, analyze information, and make informed recommendations to drive business growth.

To excel in this challenging yet rewarding role, you must possess strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, as well as a deep understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards. Experience working with U.S. accounting firms is essential, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience post-qualification preferred.
