Software Engineer Leader Position

About the Job:

We are looking for a seasoned software engineer leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding technical direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React
  • Architect scalable systems and ensure adherence to software development best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Drive adoption of CI/CD, microservices, and cloud-native practices
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews
  • Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in full-stack development
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React
  • Experience with CI/CD, microservices, and cloud platforms

Good to have: Familiarity with Docker, AWS, SQL / NoSQL, and AI/ML integration
