Backend Engineer

Ripik.AI is seeking a talented Backend Engineer to lead our team's technical design and architecture. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of features and functionality. We are looking for an individual with strong problem-solving skills, expertise in Java and Python programming languages, and experience with relational databases such as MySQL and Postgres.

We are looking for someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Additionally, we require excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including ML engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate technical challenges and provide effective solutions to overcome them
  • Work closely with senior leaders to shape and scale software products and platforms
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development
  • 4+ years of team handling experience
  • Deep expertise in Java and Python programming languages
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and Postgres
  • Cloud native big data stores: GCP/Azure/AWS
  • Advanced Analytics / Machine learning / Artificial intelligence collaboration with ML engineers
