Advanced Data Systems Delivery Lead

Job Description

A highly skilled technical leader is required to oversee the delivery of high-performance, scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in deploying real-time and batch processing systems, leveraging technology to architect scalable topologies, tune critical components, and ensure compliance with non-functional requirements (NFRs) and service-level agreements (SLAs).

The successful candidate will lead the deployment of high-scale, mission-critical systems handling real-time (e.g., streaming, event-driven) and batch processing workloads. They will utilize advanced technologies to design and scale system topologies, tuning components (e.g., compute, storage, network) to meet performance and scalability requirements.

Key responsibilities include project leadership and delivery, technical expertise, stakeholder collaboration, system design and optimization, and process development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance tuning for data processing frameworks and databases, as well as experience with complex systems or similar domains.

  • 7+ years of experience in delivering advanced data systems or similar solutions
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role
  • Proven track record of deploying high-scale, mission-critical Tier 1 systems with real-time and batch workloads
