Program Overview

Our prestigious internship is designed to foster the next generation of leaders at the intersection of technology, politics and public policy.

  • We engage students in a comprehensive 2-month training program to bridge the gap between engineering and politics.
  • Technical Track: Intensive workshops on advanced Python programming, JavaScript development, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and operational security best practices.
  • Political Track: Seminars on the current political landscape, campaign structures, legislative processes, and data ethics in policy.
  • Analysis of relevant public datasets to identify trends and produce actionable insights.
  • Development of a Capstone Project, such as creating an analytical dashboard to visualize complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Translation of complex technical findings into clear, concise policy memos and presentations.
  • Collaboration with and shadowing full-time team members, contributing directly to ongoing, high-impact projects.

Who We Are Looking For
  • Currently in your 6th semester or later of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; or you are a recent graduate.
  • A strong, demonstrable interest in Indian politics and public policy.
  • Foundational technical knowledge and strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Proactive problem-solver, eager to learn and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
