Job Title: Junior Motion Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced motion graphic designer to enhance our visual content. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of motion design principles, storytelling, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motion Graphics Design: Create high-quality motion graphics for digital, web, and video platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work with creative directors, video editors, graphic designers, and marketers to bring concepts to life.
  • Animation: Animate typography, characters, illustrations, and visual effects based on project needs.
  • Video Editing: Edit and post-produce videos with motion graphics elements.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all motion content.
  • Design Trends: Stay updated with design trends and suggest new ideas or techniques.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in motion graphics or related creative roles.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
  • Additional Tools: Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools is a plus.
  • Animation Principles: Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
  • Design Eye: A keen eye for design, color, typography, and layout.
  • Collaboration: Ability to take constructive feedback and work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Video Editing Experience: Experience in video editing and sound design.
  • UI/UX Motion Design: Familiarity with UI/UX motion design or interactive media.
  • Figma or Adobe XD: Knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD.
