Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications across both frontend and backend layers.

You will work closely with UX designers, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences and robust backend services.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and optionally Spring MVC.
  • Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React and modern frontend technologies.
  • Collaborate with UX teams to implement intuitive and accessible designs.
  • Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability across platforms.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React development.
  • Familiarity with Spring MVC is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work across the full stack, from database to user interface.
  • Experience in UX development, including accessibility and responsive design.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
