Core Responsibilities:
  • Market & Trend Analysis: Conduct thorough benchmarking of competitors, track global hospitality trends, and identify guest behavior patterns to inform product/service innovations.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new F&B concepts, wellness programs, room designs, or technology integrations aligned with brand positioning.
  • Sustainability & ESG Projects: Develop and implement eco-friendly solutions to improve brand reputation and meet compliance requirements.
  • Technology Integration: Pilot digital tools and gather data on ROI to optimize operations.
  • Guest Experience Testing: Conduct focus groups, prototype testing, and gather guest/employee feedback for continuous refinement.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and test innovations to reduce cost-per-occupied-room (CPOR), streamline housekeeping, or optimize procurement.
