**Job Overview**

At BigStep Technologies, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role requires 8+ years of industry experience and expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications using Node.js and React.js.
  • Build and optimize backend services and APIs to support various systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Implement and manage infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Work with Postgresql for efficient database management, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
  • Develop automated tests and ensure code quality through code reviews, continuous integration, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions for new and existing systems.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications and systems promptly.
  • Keep up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the product and development process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in building and deploying applications on AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
  • Solid experience with Postgresql for database design and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks like Reactjs.
  • Experience with back-end technologies like Nodejs.
  • Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling technical challenges.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
