Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Developer to join our team and work closely with developers of different platforms and technologies for efficient delivery of AI/ML projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proficiently writing error-free codes in Python.
  • BUILDING MACHINE LEARNING SYSTEMS EFFICIENTLY.
  • Working closely with developers of different platforms and technologies for efficient delivery of AI/ML projects.
  • Implementing each step of the data science process.
  • Working efficiently with SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Having knowledge of Rest APIs and Python web frameworks.
  • Debugging codes efficiently.
  • FOLLOWING AGILE/SCRUM BASED SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE.
  • Designing, developing, and deploying AI models based on LLM and RAG.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Python.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in Machine Learning/Deep Learning.
  • Strong knowledge of libraries like numpy, pandas, matplotlib, scikit-learn, spacy, nltk, transformers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning algorithms, language models.
  • Understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction techniques, data structures, and modeling.
  • Ability to design, develop, and deploy AI models, focusing on LLM and RAG.
  • Ability to effectively design software architecture.
  • Training the developed model and running evaluation experiments.
  • Performing statistical analysis of results and refining models.
  • Having worked on at least 1 deep learning framework like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
  • Having a good understanding of transformers architecture and various models.
  • Strong understanding and good hands-on with multithreading and concurrency in Python.
  • Basic understanding of deploying deep learning models into production.
  • Basic understanding of MLOps.
  • Good understanding of deep learning models' ability to handle multiple requests concurrently.
  • Good hands-on with Open-source Language Models.
  • Having worked with any of Python-based web frameworks like Django, Flask.
  • MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF ADVANCED SQL AND NOSQL DATABASES LIKE POSTGRESQL, MYSQL, SQLITE, MARIA DB, MONGODB.
  • Must have knowledge and be able to develop solutions considering GDPR compliance.
  • Good to have Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Remain updated in the rapidly changing field of machine learning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should be aware about Software version control systems like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
  • Problem-solving and logical reasoning attitude.
