Senior AEM Author

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Manager to lead the development of engaging web content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO principles, web content quality assurance, and AEM components/templates.

  • Manage AEM authoring tasks, including content creation, updates, and optimizations.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset management systems for efficient asset retrieval.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content structure and metadata.
  • Perform quality assurance on web pages, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain testing checklists for content quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute content changes.
  • Utilize AEM components, templates, content fragments, and experience fragments to enhance content delivery.
  • Audit content for SEO compliance and performance metrics.
  • Support content migration processes and cloud initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as an AEM Author or equivalent role.

Expertise in AEM (6.4 or higher) authoring, taxonomy, and digital asset management.

Strong knowledge of SEO principles and implementation within AEM.

Proven quality assurance experience with checklist creation/maintenance.

Hands-on experience with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments.

Knowledge of HTML and CSS for content management.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Experience with AEM Cloud and content migration processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AEM Forms, Sites, or other AEM modules.

Agile development environment experience.

Exposure to digital marketing and conversion optimization techniques.

AEM Certification (preferred).
