Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle CC&B professional with expertise in designing and implementing utility business solutions. This individual will collaborate closely with our teams to gather and analyze functional requirements, develop system configurations, and provide end-to-end support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document functional requirements for Oracle CC&B projects.
  • Configure and customize Oracle CC&B modules to meet specific business needs, including customer management, billing, payments, metering, collections, and service orders.
  • Develop comprehensive functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reports.
  • Conduct thorough system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for Oracle CC&B best practices, enhancements, and new functionalities to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Assist in project planning, effort estimation, and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop strategic solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle CC&B functional implementation, upgrade, or support.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and ability to apply this knowledge to real-world scenarios.
  • Deep understanding of utility business processes, including customer management, billing, payments, metering, collections, and service orders.
  • Experience creating functional design documents, test plans, and training materials to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
  • Familiarity with Oracle CC&B integration with other systems, such as MDM and CIS.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
