Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Visual Creative Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing innovative visual solutions that bring our brand to life across various digital and print media platforms.

Your expertise in graphic design will enable you to create compelling visuals, illustrations, and layouts that engage our audience and effectively communicate our message.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Develop high-quality designs using industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects. Your work should showcase your ability to apply design principles such as typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
  • Brand Identity: Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines, delivering consistent and cohesive visual identities across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project objectives and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
  • Innovation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer innovative ideas that align with the brand's goals, audience, and market trends.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met and design quality is maintained.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience, with a diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects.
  • Design Tools Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and basic knowledge of Figma and After Effects for creating static designs and motion graphics.
  • Creative Vision: Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, colour theory, layout, and composition, with the ability to create visually compelling content across different media.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision in all design elements.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work efficiently under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with other designers, marketers, and developers to execute ideas and strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively present design concepts and ideas to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt quickly to changes in design trends, software tools, and project requirements.
