Assembly Technicians

We are seeking skilled professionals to perform various welding techniques, including SMAW, MIG, TIG, FCAW, and SAW.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weld structural steel components such as beams, columns, base plates, stiffeners, etc.
• Read and interpret welding symbols, fabrication drawings, and WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications).
• Ensure weld quality as per ASME/AWS/IS standards.
• Conduct fit-up, tack welding, and final welding as per approved procedures.
• Work with QA/QC team for weld inspection, NDT clearance, and rework if required.
• Maintain tools, welding machines, and housekeeping in the work area.
• Adhere to safety standards (use of PPE, fire watch, hot work permits, etc.).

Requirements:

• Completion of ITI.
• Minimum 2–7 years of experience in industrial fabrication or construction.
• Valid Welding Certifications (ASME/AWS/IS preferred).
• Ability to work from fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
• Physically fit and capable of working in confined spaces or at height.
• Knowledge of materials (CS, SS, alloy steel, etc.)
