Financial Record Keeper

We are a dynamic and fast-growing financial services firm providing top-notch services to clients globally. Our team is looking for an experienced Financial Record Keeper to play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring alignment between bank statements and company financial records.
Job Responsibilities:- Bank Reconciliation:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Identify discrepancies, resolve errors, and communicate findings with management.
- General Ledger Maintenance:
- Update and maintain the general ledger by recording financial transactions.
- Ensure all entries are correctly categorized and balanced.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Manage incoming and outgoing payments, including generating and tracking invoices.
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts to ensure payment accuracy.
- Excel-based Reporting:
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to generate detailed financial reports and analyze financial data.
- Ensure accurate tracking of expenses, cash flow, and other financial metrics.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Languages: Strong English communication skills to interact with international clients.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, or SAP) is a plus.
