Lead Strategic Planner

This is a key role for a Director of Strategy Planning / Account Planning to lead the development of impactful communication strategies for our diverse client portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of brand positioning, market dynamics, and emerging technologies, coupled with exceptional analytical and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create comprehensive communication strategies for advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, tone, and message setting.
  2. Write formal and insightful creative briefs that inspire and guide the creative team.
  3. Combine diverse data points, including market data, qualitative research findings, and in-depth product knowledge, within a concise brief.
  4. Work closely with local office account teams and managing directors to proactively identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities.
  5. Liaise directly with clients to thoroughly identify their specific business problems and collaboratively develop strategic ideas and advertising solutions.
  6. Analyze and interpret customer response data and sales performance data to rigorously evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
  7. Oversee the project management of various digital initiatives, including website development, digital campaigns, search and online advertising campaigns, and email marketing programs.
  8. Ideate and champion innovative ideas that seamlessly bridge web, mobile, creative content, and digital media, providing strategic solutions to drive significant growth opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • Skills in analyzing and interpreting customer response and sales data to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong project management capabilities for website development, digital campaigns, search and online advertising campaigns, and email marketing programs.
  • Ability to ideate innovative ideas that bridge web, mobile, creative, and digital media for growth.
  • Capability to maintain social media and other digital campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of brand positioning and industry trends.
  • Deep understanding and familiarity with technology and technology trends.
  • Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously and meet fast turnaround deadlines.
