Key Responsibilities:

  • Filling out insurance application forms and claim forms with high accuracy.">
  • Visiting multiple hospitals daily to assist patients in filling up insurance forms for our client pharma company.">
  • Maintaining records of all data collected and ensuring they are secure.">
  • Verifying and cross-checking client information for correctness and completeness.">
  • Collecting and organizing required supporting documents from clients.">
  • Maintaining records of submitted forms and tracking their status.">
  • Coordinating with clients, agents, or the insurance company to resolve discrepancies or missing information.">
  • Ensuring all forms are completed in compliance with insurance company requirements and regulatory guidelines.">
  • Assisting with data entry and updating client information in the company database/CRM.">
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client information.">
  • Meeting productivity and accuracy targets.">

Requirements:

To be successful as an Insurance Field Officer, you will need:

  • Any graduate with prior experience in insurance, data entry, or form processing.">
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.">
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Local Language.">
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications & MS Office.">

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.">
