">We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to fill the role of Insurance Field Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy working in an administrative capacity, interacting with clients, and ensuring accurate data entry.

- Filling out insurance application forms and claim forms with high accuracy.">
- Visiting multiple hospitals daily to assist patients in filling up insurance forms for our client pharma company.">
- Maintaining records of all data collected and ensuring they are secure.">
- Verifying and cross-checking client information for correctness and completeness.">
- Collecting and organizing required supporting documents from clients.">
- Maintaining records of submitted forms and tracking their status.">
- Coordinating with clients, agents, or the insurance company to resolve discrepancies or missing information.">
- Ensuring all forms are completed in compliance with insurance company requirements and regulatory guidelines.">
- Assisting with data entry and updating client information in the company database/CRM.">
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client information.">
- Meeting productivity and accuracy targets.">
Requirements:
">To be successful as an Insurance Field Officer, you will need:

- Any graduate with prior experience in insurance, data entry, or form processing.">
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.">
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Local Language.">
- Proficiency in basic computer applications & MS Office.">
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.">
- Strong organizational and time management skills.">
