We are looking for a meticulous and detail-focused professional to join our team as a Data Entry & Operations Associate. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in precision-driven environments and have a passion for accuracy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer and project data within our systems.
  • Managing form submissions and permit application records with diligence and attention to detail.
  • Preparing and sending customer invoices, tracking payments, and following up on pending dues.
  • Supporting customer follow-ups via email or CRM to maintain project momentum.
  • Validating and cross-checking entries to guarantee high-quality results.
  • Maintaining organized digital records for projects and customer information.
  • Assisting the operations team with reporting and documentation tasks.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security standards.
Qualifications and Skills Required

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field (desired but not mandatory).
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, operations, or administrative support (freshers with strong skills may apply).
  • Excellent attention to detail with near-zero error tolerance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
