Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Talent Acquisition Strategist to drive talent acquisition for our Global Capability Center in Hyderabad. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top IT talent, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent for the GCC.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking events, and AI-powered recruiting tools to identify potential hires.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership teams to define job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Pipeline Building: Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche technical roles.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and engaging recruitment experience for candidates, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on latest technologies and industry hiring trends to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide regular reports.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand and culture to attract top IT professionals.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in a GCC, IT services, or technology company.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT roles and emerging technology trends, including:
  • Cloud Computing: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) etc
  • Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning: Generative AI, Deep Learning, NLP
  • Cybersecurity: Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security, Vulnerability
  • Blockchain & Web3: Smart Contracts, Decentralized Applications (DApps)
  • Data Engineering & Analytics: Big Data, Data Lakes, Real-time Streaming (Kafka, Snowflake)
  • Software Development: Full Stack Development, Microservices, Serverless Computing
  • DevOps & SRE: CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps, AIOps
  • Internet of Things (IoT): Edge Computing, Smart Devices, Industrial IoT (IIoT)
  • ERP & SAP: Oracle ERP /SAP, Digital Supply Chain Technologies
  • Retail industry - experiences
  • Quantum Computing & Future Tech
  • Sourcing Skills: Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-driven hiring platforms, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, and networking events.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring decisions.
  • Process Management: Experience handling multiple job openings simultaneously and meeting hiring deadlines.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and negotiating offers.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to track and improve recruitment metrics with data-driven insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience hiring for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or multinational technology firms.
  • Experience in bulk hiring and niche IT skill hiring for high-demand roles.
  • Knowledge of AI-based recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Taleo.
