Job Opportunity

The Training Manager position is a key role within our organization responsible for owning end-to-end training for Beauty Advisors, field sales, and retail partners.

This involves developing comprehensive curricula and SOPs for product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, VM basics, and claims guardrails. Additionally, the Training Manager will create multi-format content such as decks, playbooks, 2-min WhatsApp videos, role-plays, and quizzes to enhance the learning experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop curriculum & SOPs for product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, VM basics, and claims guardrails.
  • Create engaging multi-format content: decks, playbooks, 2-min WhatsApp videos, role-plays, quizzes.
  • Deliver train-the-trainer sessions; provide field coaching and conduct roadshows; host monthly masterclasses.
  • Collaborate with NPD/R&D teams to translate INCI & benefits into accurate demos; ensure compliant claims.
  • Set up Learning Management Systems (LMS)/trackers; publish training calendars; report on training impact using dashboards.
  • Analyze store audits & side-by-sides; address basic skill gaps (grooming, demo ritual, replenishment cues).
  • Recruit, manage, and onboard regional trainers; facilitate channel trainer onboarding; oversee external academies/vendors.
Essential Requirements:
  • 6–10 years of experience in beauty/personal-care retail training; led pan-India TTT programs.
  • Strong understanding of makeup & skincare; able to explain INCI and shade science in simple terms.
  • Bilingual: Hindi & English; confident facilitator and presenter.
  • Data-driven; advanced spreadsheet skills; familiar with LMS systems.
  • Flexibility to work weekends/launches; high comfort level with travel.
  • Plus: MT/EBO experience, cosmetology certification, basic VM knowledge.
