Job Title: Einstein Analytics Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Einstein Analytics Developer to join our team at Zorba Consulting India. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data visualization and analytics, with experience in implementing and supporting Einstein Analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Einstein Analytics platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and create compelling visualizations.
• Build data flows and datasets for efficient data analysis and visualization.
• Provide technical expertise in dashboard creation, data modeling, and optimization.
• Implement best practices for data visualization and reporting to ensure usability and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain data connections and integrations with Salesforce CRM.
• Support end-users by providing training and documentation on Einstein Analytics usage and capabilities.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to extract valuable insights and trends.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by empowering stakeholders with actionable reports and dashboards.
• Assist in the maintenance and improvement of existing analytics solutions and processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
• Stay updated on new features and functionalities of Einstein Analytics and recommend their implementation as per business needs.
• Troubleshoot and address any technical issues related to data visualization and analytics.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) in implementing and supporting Einstein Analytics solutions.
• Expertise in data visualization and dashboard design using Einstein Analytics or similar BI platforms.
• Indepth understanding of Salesforce CRM and its integration with Einstein Analytics.
• Proficiency in data modeling, data flows, and dataset creation within Einstein Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets and generate insights.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings.
• Experience in training and supporting end-users in utilizing analytics tools and dashboards.
• Knowledge of best practices in data visualization, user experience design, and dashboard optimization.
• Understanding of data governance principles and data quality management.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Certifications in Einstein Analytics and Salesforce CRM are preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality analytics solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs.
