
Statutory Compliance Professional

Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of statutory compliance and a proven track record of managing end-to-end operations related to Provident Fund (PF) for multiple clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the entire lifecycle of EPF challan generation processes, from initiation to completion
- Perform thorough reconciliations of PF-related accounts and transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide expert responses to PF-related queries and ensure timely resolution, fostering trust with clients
- Calculate Employee Provident Fund contributions with precision, taking into account various factors and nuances
- Conduct rigorous quality control (QC) checks for PF operations, guaranteeing excellence in every aspect
- Prominently prepare and file all statutory reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
- Ensure that all employee queries are answered promptly, providing exceptional customer service
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in PF Trust & payroll operations, with a strong focus on compliance
- Impressive knowledge of the EPF Act and allied statutory laws, enabling informed decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools, facilitating efficient data analysis and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- The ability to work with vast volumes of data and multiple client accounts, demonstrating adaptability and resilience
- Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, driving results and continuous improvement
