About the Role

The Presentation Specialist will support the Senior Website Designer with website imagery and design improvements, as well as content edits for all Ares websites. This role will also provide backup assistance for the Creative Solutions Lead Coordinator with the work requests queue and additional workflow coordination.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist investment professionals with formatting, design and visual presentation aspects of marketing materials and presentations in conformance with firm branding standards.
  2. Support with other dynamic content and graphics-intensive initiatives such as logos, employee photos and special conceptual design projects.
  3. Provide ongoing support to the Senior Website Designer on website imagery and design improvements as well as content edits (CMS, HTML) for all Ares websites.
  4. Provide backup assistance for the Creative Solutions Lead Coordinator with the work requests queue and additional workflow coordination.
  5. Support with other dynamic content and graphics-intensive initiatives, such as podcasts, animation and videos.
