Product Image Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee all product image requirements for our e-commerce platform and client-facing presentations.

  • Recreate JPG/PNG product images into editable PSD/AI files with clean layers, ensuring seamless brand consistency across the board.
  • Utilise advanced Photoshop/Illustrator skills to retouch, colour correct, and standardise product images to match brand quality, resulting in visually stunning outputs.
  • Create product variations – colourways, textures, and patterns – that perfectly capture the essence of our products.
  • Prepare and export assets for website management, catalog teams, social media campaigns, and 3D product customisation tools, ensuring efficient workflow and streamlined communication.

This role requires expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, exceptional visual alignment skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, format, and maintain client presentations that are visually perfect, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines, showcasing our products in the best possible light.
  • Maintain an organised digital asset library with proper naming and version control, ensuring easy access to high-quality assets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator, with proven track record of recreating and vectorising from JPG/PNG into layered editable formats.
  • Strong background in colour correction, retouching, and image optimisation, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience preparing assets for Shopify or other e-commerce platforms, with excellent knowledge of file management and version control.
  • Exceptional layout and presentation design skills for client-facing materials, with ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Organised and efficient in file management and version control, with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Figma for collaborative layouts and web mockups, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Magento or WooCommerce image guidelines, with understanding of industry-standard best practices.
  • Familiarity with print production for catalogs, with ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Experience preparing assets for 3D customisation tools, with expertise in creating complex designs and models.
