Job Role: Learning and Development Expert

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Develop daily and weekly dashboards to track new hire training progress
  • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to new hires to ensure their growth and development
  • Ensure adherence to new hire learning paths and SOPs
  • Conduct error root cause analysis, training needs identification, planning, and conducting refreshers and knowledge assessments
  • Build action plans for employees missing SLAs during training and post-training completion
  • Lead the Quality metric for the process and be responsible for the team of Quality auditors and Quality audit frameworks for the business
  • Daily touch points with process trainers SME to effectively drive knowledge management and people development practices
  • Lead all Quality and Improvement in execution projects
  • Be a consultant to the business and provide operational improvement ideas
  • Plan and organize employee domain and development programs based on training need identification
  • Align with employee development initiatives run at the organization level
  • Upskill employees on business domain based on training and development needs assessment

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Graduation in any stream except BBA, MBA, B Tech, M Tech, and Technical Graduation Law
  • Essential skills:
    • Must have good experience in Individual Group Disability Insurance or Employee Benefit or Worker Compensation or Absence management and transitions knowledge transfer, training
    • Excellent Interpersonal skills
    • Effective probing skills, Proactive communication
    • High analytical skills to foresee issues and suggest solutions with impactful data
    • Passionate commitment to learn and make learning impact felt in the business
    • Decision-making capability Problem-solving skills with customer-centric approach
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
    • Good in MS Excel and Powerpoint
    • Ready to work on stretched working hours
    • Ability to independently interact with internal and external customers
    • Excellent people management and customer management skills
    • Effective presentation skills
    • Focus on Customer satisfaction
