Backend Development Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to architect, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with modern backend frameworks, database systems, and cloud infrastructure, along with a strong understanding of system design and backend architecture.

  • System Design & Architecture: Design and implement reliable and maintainable backend architectures using modern technologies and tools.
  • API Development: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for efficient frontend-backend communication.
  • Database Management: Design and optimize schemas for relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis, or DynamoDB.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in APIs, queries, and backend logic to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.
  • CI/CD & DevOps Collaboration: Work closely with the DevOps team to integrate backend services into CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers, designers, product managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver features in a collaborative agile environment.
