About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a focus on technology projects, data analysis, visualization, and app development. They will possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of targeted strategies, including identification of change impacts and stakeholder alignment
  • Manage day-to-day activities, including scope, financials, resourcing, timelines, and risks
  • Implement project review and quality assurance to ensure successful execution of goals and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Consistently report and review progress to senior stakeholders
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross-functional leaders and project team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-9 years of experience in project management and business transformation
  • Proven track record of delivery and impact in managing/delivering transformation
  • Experience in managing technology projects, data analysis, visualization, and app development
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and perform well in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile and waterfall methodology
  • Exposure to tools and applications such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, Alteryx
  • Understanding of Lean Six Sigma
