Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join our team at Larsen & Toubro. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our HSE Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a safety-first culture within the organization.




  1. Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Conduct routine HSE inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  3. Organize and conduct HSE training programs for employees to promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Investigate and report on HSE incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  5. Collaborate with EHS Manager and Project Managers to prepare project-specific HSE plans, risk assessments, and method statements.


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • Proven experience in HSE management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
