Job Summary

Highly skilled professionals are sought after to fill the role of a Senior Quality Test Engineer. This position involves developing and executing automated and performance testing for assigned projects.

  • Develop and execute complex automated and performance testing.
  • Identify areas for cooperation with other teams to improve overall quality and implement initiatives improving testing capability and efficiency.
  • Configure, maintain, and/or administer testing tools or environments.
  • Innovate process improvements that enable efficient delivery and maintenance with consistent direction.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in quality test engineering, with a strong focus on automation testing for Salesforce.com applications.

  1. Research available tools and lead or participate in initiatives to identify and implement those that will cost-effectively enhance testing capabilities and product quality.
  2. Develop and execute automated and performance testing for assigned projects to successfully and consistently enable delivery of high-quality software products and services on time, on budget, and to specification.
  3. Interact with Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to plan testing for delivery of products and enhancements and to assure products meet product requirements and quality standards.
  4. Maintain flexibility to react quickly to changes in priorities or circumstances to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements

Professionals seeking this role must possess the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Quality Test Engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of automation experience testing Salesforce.com applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Technical Skills

Preferred skills include:

  • Strong knowledge of Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or Copado CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience developing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
  • Proficiency in test strategy, automation frameworks, and version control.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, Salesforce data models, and SOQL.
  • ISTQB, Copado Robotic Testing, or Salesforce certifications.
  • Familiarity with CPQ testing, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Apex.
  • Prior involvement in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Strong analytical skills and a test-to-break mindset.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
