Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial statement preparation, accounts payable/receivable management, forecasting, budgeting, and customer billing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Collaborate with the team to assist with payables and receivables, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Participate in the annual audit process, including the draft of financial statements and related notes.
  • Analyze expense variances for management, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable processes efficiently.
  • Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports as needed.
  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Document financial transactions accurately by entering account information.
  • Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
  • Verify financial transactions by auditing documents, maintaining accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain accounting controls by developing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and addressing questions.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Safeguard financial information by completing database backups, adhering to internal controls.
  • Pursue financial security by following established guidelines.
  • Process payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
  • Provide accounting procedure guidance by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements, studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on necessary actions.
  • Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect operational interests by safeguarding financial information.
  • Pursue strategic goals through effective budgeting and forecasting.
  • Maintain and adhere to strict deadlines for Accounts Payable and Receivable.
  • Deliver project-wise accounting and product-based accounting solutions, focusing on cash flow and balance sheet management.
