About the Job:

We are seeking a driven and charismatic Graphic Designer & Video Editor to take charge of all design-related activities.

The ideal candidate will be one with knowledge of the latest designs and software, a team player, and an excellent communicator who would be able to take directions from written or spoken ideas and translate them into captivating designs that connect.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design Concepts: Develop creative and innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various projects.
  • Graphic Design Software: Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit designs.
  • Research and Inspiration: Conduct research and gather inspiration from various sources to stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis.
  • Social Media Content: Produce content to be posted on social media platforms.
  • Creative Direction: Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
  • Video Concepts: Creation of video concepts such as promotional videos, short videos (reels) for brand awareness, ongoing promotions, in-clinic experience, testimonials, etc.
  • Video Editing: Edit and manipulate video footage to create visually engaging and cohesive videos for YouTube and other Social media channels.
  • Auditing: Edit and mix audio elements, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensure high-quality audio for video projects.
  • Collaboration: Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design.
  • Equipment Handling: Handle camera on some occasions and capture footage as and when required for the video content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graphic Design Software: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Video Editing Software: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools.
  • Design Principles: Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout composition, and video editing techniques.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and engaging videos.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
  • Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks related to designing simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Adaptability and willingness to incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed.
