Job OverviewWe are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team and help us grow our IT services business. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the full sales process, including prospecting, outreach, and deal closure.
- You will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.
- You will engage in proactive outreach activities, such as cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach, to identify new sales opportunities.
- You will generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals for IT Help Desk Services.
- You will work closely with our technical team to deliver customized solutions.
- You will prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
