Job Description
As a Business Analyst - Master Data Management, you will play a key role in driving business outcomes through effective master data management. You will be responsible for providing guidance to the team with subject matter expertise on Vendor master or Product master domain within SAP MDM process. This includes maintaining product specification & harmonisation, planning and creating new item onboarding, dispatch, and tracking product documents.

In addition, you will cooperate with international and national business departments within the scope of international master data management processes. You will also monitor data quality (e.g., via dedicated data quality tools) and identify improvements opportunities, evaluating and implementing data quality improvements aligned with responsible teams.

This role requires strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, as well as proven work experience as a Sr Team member, Subject matter Expert or Associate business analyst. Effective communication in writing and verbally to client is essential, as well as experience in balancing customer facing role and work assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement master data management strategies
  • Maintain product specification & harmonisation
  • Plan and create new item onboarding, dispatch, and track product documents
  • Cooperate with international and national business departments
