Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to join our team of digital practitioners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building customer-facing e-commerce websites and web applications with intuitive user experience and backend implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with the Project Manager, Product Owner, and a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • You will provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career potential.
  • You will design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet our clients' business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong skills in JavaScript ES6 and TypeScript, HTML, CSS (SASS or LESS or Tailwind), REST APIs.
  • Experience in at least one frontend framework like Angular, ReactJS, vue.js etc.
  • Excellent debugging skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Proficiency in at least one backend technology - NodeJS, Ruby on Rails, Python, and at least one database like MongoDB, NoSql, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with page speed improvement techniques and CI/CD implementations.
Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in a similar role.
  • Self-motivated and quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Energy and real passion to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
