Job Title: Windows System Administrator L3

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional to fill the role of Windows System Administrator L3.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design, implement, and maintain complex Windows Server environments in accordance with established standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues impacting system availability and performance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure seamless deployment of new systems and software upgrades.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying knowledge to improve current systems and processes.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration, preferably in a Windows Server environment.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of VMware, Cisco UCS, and other relevant technologies is an asset.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Intermediate knowledge of ITIL practices, IT-Service-Management, and operations processes.
  • Advanced skill in project management.
  • Knowledge of system testing metrics, best practices, and methodologies.
  • Operational knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
  • Proven data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with statistical reporting and analysis for metric reporting.
  • Excellent PC skills and technically fluent IT operations.
  • Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
