Digital Marketing Strategist

We're seeking an accomplished Performance Marketing Expert to lead our paid campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven campaigns that drive conversions, leads, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purpose-driven campaign development to achieve Return on Investment (ROI).
- Conduct in-depth audience research and create targeted campaigns for conversions, leads, and brand awareness expansion.
- Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and formats to engage target audiences and drive sales.
- Campaign budget management, bid optimization, and daily ad spend control to maintain optimal ROI.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Conversion Per Lead (CPL), and Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Set up retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced custom audience strategies to maximize reach and conversion.
- Collaborate with design/content teams for creatives aligned with campaign goals to achieve high-quality results.
- Competitor ad strategy monitoring and suggestion of improvements to stay ahead in the market.
- A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and targeting to refine our approach and improve performance.
- Campaign performance report preparation and presentation of insights with actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Meta platform updates, policies, and best practices stay-updated to ensure expertise and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads.
