Job Title: Mobile Network Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Network Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of mobile networks, including 5G RAN functionalities.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in network design, implementation, and testing. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive tests and validations of 5G RAN functionalities, defining wireless coverage requirements, and analyzing and mitigating network interference.

  • Conducting comprehensive tests and validations of 5G RAN functionalities, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements.
  • Defining wireless coverage requirements and selecting radio solutions as per project requirements.
  • Analyzing and mitigating network interference, dimensioning, link budget, coverage planning, and report preparation.
  • Understanding spectrum requirements and assisting customers in procuring private 5G spectrum.
  • Preparing bill of materials (BOM) and bill of quantities (BOQ) as per project requirements and helping customers raise purchase orders.
  • Staying up-to-date on various OEM solutions and showcasing product and solution offerings as per customer business challenges and requirements.
  • Preparing technical proposals responses for tenders/RFPs involving private mobile networks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Successful candidates will possess:

  • 8+ years of experience in mobile network design, implementation, and testing.
  • Deep knowledge of 5G RAN functionalities and wireless coverage requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
