Backend Engineer in AI Development

We are seeking skilled professionals who can architect, implement, and optimize AI backends that combine engineering discipline with GenAI capabilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality Python software solutions for Generative AI applications.
  • Implement retrieval pipelines, tool orchestration, and observability features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI modules into larger systems.
  • Optimize AI models for latency, cost, and accuracy in real-world deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of professional experience with Python (3.9+).
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, asynchronous programming, and REST API design.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG implementations and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Qdrant, Milvus).
  • Understanding of multi-agent workflows and orchestration libraries (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
  • Proficiency with FastAPI/Django for backend development.
  • Comfort with Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Practical experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Ability to add tracing, logging, and evaluation metrics (PromptFoo, LangSmith, Ragas).
