Job Overview:

As a seasoned Recruitment & Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring quality and speed. You will develop and execute talent acquisition plans to meet client requirements, maintain strong client relationships, and provide mentorship and performance tracking for a team of recruiters.

  • Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple clients, delivering exceptional results in quality and speed.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition plans to meet client objectives.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong client relationships through consistent service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate hiring projects seamlessly, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Establish effective partnerships with vendors and manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Services: Deliver end-to-end recruitment services for permanent, contract, and executive search roles.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in HR Consultancy recruitment (staffing/recruitment agency environment) and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Additional requirements include:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in handling delivery and recruitment independently.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Technology Familiarity: Good knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS systems.
