Customer Support Executive Non-Voice Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Non-Voice Support Executive to join our backend operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks that ensure seamless business functionality while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process incoming data and information requests accurately and promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain and update databases and digital records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and enhance workflow processes.
- Monitor and track progress on assignments ensuring deadlines are met.
- Provide support for various back-office processes including data entry, order processing, and customer inquiries.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, operations, or related fields.
- Previous experience in a non-voice support or back-office role is preferred but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
