**Video Content Specialist**: We are seeking a skilled professional to create high-quality video content for our organization. This role involves editing raw footage into polished final deliverables for various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble raw video footage into engaging, polished final deliverables for social media, web, and internal communications.
  • Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and music to enhance video quality and captivate audiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling content aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
  • Maintain organized file management and version control systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest video trends, tools, and editing techniques to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio/reel required) with a strong portfolio that showcases creativity and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or Canva, with experience in using them to produce high-quality content.
  • Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and pacing, with an eye for detail and ability to convey messages effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of sound design, color correction, and motion graphics, with experience in incorporating these elements into video content.
  • Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high-quality output and meeting project requirements.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail, and ability to think critically and outside the box.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator) to enhance video content with visually appealing graphics and animations.
  • Familiarity with social media content creation and trends to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and platform-specific features.
