Category and Supply Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Category and Supply Operations Manager to oversee the strategic management of our categories and supply operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at budget planning, cost optimization, data analysis, and effective coordination with plant operations.

  • Strategic Category Management: Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies to drive top-line and bottom-line growth.
  • Budget Planning & Cost Optimization: Create annual budgets for assigned categories and identify opportunities to optimize costs.
  • Price Negotiation: Conduct effective price negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Reporting & ERP Operations: Prepare various reports on stock and supply performance and perform other essential ERP operations work.
  • Plant Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with plant operations teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
  • Market Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform demand forecasting and inventory management decisions.
