Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Finance Executive to join our team. This is a remote position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. They will conduct monthly and annual financial analysis to support strategic decisions and provide recommendations on cost-saving initiatives and investment opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing financial reports, including profit/loss statements, budgets, and forecasts. They will also monitor expenses and assist with cash flow management while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field\
  • 0-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment\
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks)\

  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting\
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems\
