Medical Billing Manager Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Medical Billing Manager to lead and manage end-to-end physician billing processes for Canadian healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle physician billing process for multiple Canadian provinces
  • Submit claims accurately and on time using platforms like OHIP, MSP, AHCIP, and other provincial systems
  • Identify and resolve claim rejections or underpayments
  • Stay up to date with changes in provincial billing codes, rules, and regulations
  • Generate billing performance reports and ensure accuracy in monthly reconciliations
  • Collaborate with physicians, clinics, and administrative teams to streamline workflow

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Canadian physician billing
  • Strong knowledge of billing systems: OHIP, MSP, AHCIP, RAMQ, etc.
  • Familiarity with EMRs and billing software (e.g. OSCAR, ACCUR0, Telus Health, MD Billing)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
