Job Title: Electrical Design and Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive engineer to fill this permanent role. This position is ideal for someone with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in automation, electrical hardware, and PLC programming.

About the Role
  • Design and integrate panel elements and electrical hardware, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Create and interpret wiring diagrams and oversee panel building, guaranteeing accurate and efficient execution.
  • Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs and HMI interfaces, streamlining system operations and improving overall efficiency.
  • Drive improvements in system performance and reliability, focusing on cost-saving and cycle time reduction projects.
Key Qualifications & Experience
  • B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field, with a strong emphasis on technical expertise.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in automation, electrical design, and PLC/HMI programming, with a proven track record of delivering results.
Essential Skills
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation and electrical systems, with a focus on innovative solutions.
  • Proficient in PLC programming (any major platform) and HMI design, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing automated systems, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
